How to Order Online
Lead Time - Catering orders should be placed as far ahead as possible.
A minimum of 24 hours in advance (not including Saturday or Sunday) for breakfast and lunch is required.
For hot breakfasts & hot lunches, 2 business days minimum advance notice is required.
For more elaborate events/meals, a 10 business day advance notice is required.
We will accommodate all late orders to the best of our ability. Late requests may be delivered within a 45 minute window from your requested time of delivery, due to the established schedule of the day.
Ordering Information - Please complete your online order. A confirmation will be e-mailed to you from CaterTrax once your order has been processed.
Unless you are booking a 'meeting package' for the EU North, South or 6T conference rooms, meals should be on separate orders - i.e. breakfast on 1 order, A.M. Break on another order, etc.
Please keep in mind; we will not accept orders via the telephone. However if you need help booking your order, call us at 216-446-9151 and we can assist you. All orders require written confirmation before delivery.
Delivery - All hot orders must be placed at least 48 hours (2 business days) in advance, and are not available in all rooms. When ordering, please keep in mind the space of the room and the amount of attendees. If necessary (due to space constraints) we will have a table placed outside the room where we will deliver your order. This can also apply to cold buffets depending on the amount ordered.
Pick-Ups - All caterings come with all necessary utensils for the events. In the interest of the environment and cost containment, we request that all equipment and supplies delivered to meetings be left in the room. If it is necessary to move any equipment to another location, please e-mail catering at ec-catering@eaton.com to notify us of any changes. If we are unable to pick up equipment, it may be charged to your department.
Hot food will be picked up 2 hours after initial delivery - no exceptions.
ALL services will be picked up starting at 5pm. Should you request pick up at a later time (after 5pm) additional fees will apply. Please let your meeting attendees know pick up will be at 5pm - should they request service be left in the room, a fee will be added.
Last Minute Orders - We will do our best to accommodate last minute orders, however, menu selection and delivery time must be flexible. Orders are delivered in the order they are taken.
Service Charge / Labor Charge - Any additional labor costs will be added to all events scheduled outside of normal delivery hours. 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Minimum Order and Cancellation Policy - There are minimums for delivered orders - CaterTrax defaults to those minimums. All orders canceled with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged in full. Orders cannot be decreased on the day of the event. Should you need to add to your order, please e-mail catering and we will do our best to accommodate the increase.
Additional Services - We at your Catering department are happy to provide you with any additional services you may need. Wait-Staff, Balloons, Flower Arrangements, Decorations, Custom Linens and China, Venue Rental and Entertainment! All can be arranged for your gathering. Call the Catering Manager for more information.
